Every request goes through our form: occasion, guest count, date, location, cuisine and budget range. No one-line enquiries you have to decode over the phone.
No bidding war
At most three offers reach the customer per request. You are not competing with twenty kitchens for the same job.
No commission on first contact
Registration costs nothing and first contact is commission-free. We only earn once a booking actually happens.
You stay the caterer
Your kitchen, your prices, your menu. We match and coordinate — we do not tell you how to work.
How working together works
Set up your profile
Register as a partner and add your cuisine, capacity, delivery area and standard packages. You do this once, then it is your profile.
Receive matching requests
When a new request fits your profile, we notify you by email and in the partner portal.
Write your offer
In the offer editor you assemble packages and individual products, set prices and the VAT rate per line, and send the offer.
Booking and settlement
If the customer accepts your offer it becomes a booking. Payment and invoicing run through Catervia, so you are not chasing the money yourself.
